Welcome back!
What's new in this week's release:
It's great to see that there is a lot of voting happening on the Feature Request list in the Deployteq Community on the Support Portal. One of the requests with many votes was to add an option in the Groups menu to be able to delete all customers in a group at once. We are happy to announce we have added this new functionality in this release!
We need you!
Join us for the Community roundtable sessions! During such a session, we want to discuss the following points during an interactive discussion:
Feedback on the recently redesigned Community section on the Support Portal. We would like to hear from you what additions you would like to see in our Community!
Feedback on the manuals: preferences and suggestions for manual formats (video, text, combination, another format?). Do you have examples of manuals that work well for you?
What are your training needs? In addition to our classroom basic and advanced training, we also offer e-learning. What are your wishes in this area?
Quick poll: how do you search for information when you don't know something? What steps do you take, and do you know where to look? How can we make this process easier for you?
What kind of support do you need in using Deployteq? What would help you?
In short, we need your input to further improve our service. The next roundtable session is on Thursday, February 8th, at our office in Huis ter Heide. Sign up here and join the discussion!
- Have you voted yet? In the Deployteq Community, you can find a list of feature requests that were made by your fellow Deployteq-users. Implementation priority will be given to requests that have a high number of votes. Come take a look and vote!
Did you know?
- Gmail and Yahoo are tightening their requirements for email senders starting February 2024? Read more about it on our blog. One of the things you must comply with as a sender from then on is providing a technique to easily unsubscribe. A recipient must be able to unsubscribe with one click. Read here for more explanation on what you, as a sender, need to do for this, and what we at Deployteq are already doing.
We wish you a great week!
