What's new in this week's release
- After months of preparation, the new design was unveiled last Thursday at Deployteq Connect. You can now check it out yourself by toggling the switch at the top of the bar in Deployteq. You can also return to the old theme this way. The Reporting menu, in particular, has undergone a significant transformation, so be sure to take a look! In the coming period, we will be implementing many more changes to the design. We'll keep you updated on these changes through the release notes. In this FAQ, you'll find more information about the new theme and what you really need to know!
- Do you have feedback on the new theme and would you like to share it with us? Leave your feedback in the Let's Talk Forum in the Community. Here, you can see the feedback other users have already provided or leave your own feedback. If the topic you're giving feedback on isn't listed yet, you can create a new forum topic.
In the spotlight
- Do several colleagues in your organization also work with Deployteq and occasionally submit a question to Support? Did you know that you can also view your colleagues' tickets in our Support Portal? This is useful if a colleague is absent and you want to quickly check whether a response to a ticket has already been received. You can request access rights for this via our Support Desk. Once the rights are granted, you will find all the tickets within your organization in the dropdown menu under your profile:
- Have you heard of our Portal Discovery and Template Check services?
Our Portal Discovery service offers a quick scan of your Deployteq portal. We give you an initial insight into your current campaigns, the quality of your database and the results achieved. This allows you to immediately see where there are areas for improvement, and we can identify opportunities to take your email marketing strategy to the next level. The costs for the Portal Discovery are €499,-.
During out Template Check, your email template is being checked for technology, functionality, and display in the most used email clients. Additionally, we also test the spam susceptibility of your template. In this review, only recommendations will be made and no changes will be implemented. The costs for the Template Check are €820,-.

Deployteq Training
Would you like to expand your knowledge about Data, Profiles, or Campaigns? Or is there a new colleague starting soon who needs to quickly master the basics of Deployteq? Join one of our mixed training sessions! The following dates are scheduled for the next few months:
- 2-day Basic Training: September 23 and 24
- Campaign Training (4 hours): October 14
- Profiles Knowledge Session (2 hours): September 19
- Data Training (4 hours): September 16 | November 14
