What's new in this week's release

  • In the Deployteq Store, you can find a new app in the Contact Us section: TeqToPrint by Impress. With this app, you can add the physical channel to your Deployteq campaigns and manage all your communication from a single platform. For example, you can automatically send a printed letter when an important email bounces. This is essential for messages your customer really needs to receive, such as policies, tickets, invitations, or other transactional communications.   • The Push Notifications Settings tab has been restructured to provide a clearer overview, with new collapsible sections for the different settings categories: iOS, Android, and Actions. These sections are collapsed by default, while the General settings are always displayed at the top of the page.

  • In the email and SMS campaign objects, the field for the override email address or phone number is now mandatory. Previously, it was possible to enable the ‘override’ option without entering a value, causing the email or SMS to still be sent to the selected customers in the flow (subject to the override limit of 50 for emails). Making these fields mandatory prevents this from happening.
