In the Store, you will find the Mailable object:
Once you have activated this app, you will find a new campaign object in your Campaign Library called 'Mailable':
Contacts processed by this object are checked through a conditional for all the reasons why a contact is or is not mailable:
Field | Value |
Opt-in (e-mail) | = YES |
Bouncecount (Hard) | = 0 |
Bouncecount (Soft) | = lower than 5 |
E-mail status | = Active |
Marital status | = Not deceased |
Email adress | = Not empty |
If a contact meets ALL of the above conditions, Deployteq considers it Mailable. If any of these conditions indicate otherwise, the contact will be classified as 'NonMailable.'
Within a campaign, you can insert the 'Mailable' object for every email sent, resulting in significantly lower bounce rates and sending to a more relevant audience.
As a result, your emails will have much better performance in the statistics. A campaign will look like this:
You can see that after the 'Select Customers' object, the 'Mailable' object is placed, followed by the 'Email' object.
The 'Mailable' object is linked with a line labeled 'mailable' to the 'Send Email' object.
This way, all non-mailable contacts are excluded from the delivery, ensuring a much cleaner mailing.
