Customer Activity App

Reactivate inactive customers? Identify active customers?
When installing the Customer Activity module you will receive activity information performed by a customer. For example;  what the last date was a customer opened an email? Or what the last date was that a customer clicked in an email? This app will capture the data so it is possible to use them in your profiles for further segmentation.

Installation

You can easily install the Customer Activity module via the Store. You can find these under modules in the Store:

When you agree with the costs, you can click on 'Install' via the pop-up. Don't see the 'Install' button at the bottom right? Then you may not have the rights to install an app. In this case, contact the administrator of the portal to install it, or to obtain the rights for it.

Billing

The last step are the usual billing settings. The costs for this module are one-off. If a PO number is required for invoicing, it can be entered here.

Activity tab of a customer

As soon as the installation of the app is complete, an extra tab called 'Customer activity' will be available in the CRM section at customer level.
In this tab the data of the different activities will be filled. It is also possible to fill in the historical data. Please contact us at tpm@deployteq.com.

Profile condition

An additional condition will also be available in the Complex category with the name 'Customer Activity' which can be used to select all (in)active users.

You can use this extra condition when creating your profile. By using one of the three dropdown options it is very easy to create a profile, for example, of everyone who has last opened an email before a specific date and who has not received more than 10 e-mails.

Customer export

When creating a customer export, you can export the customer activity fields per customer.
