Sometimes, the email channel is not enough. A brief text message as a reminder of an appointment or confirmation of an order can also be very effective. This is because 95% of the sent text messages are opened within three minutes of reception. You easily create personal text messages, as you are used to with Deployteq.

Inbound text messages
With our implementation it is possible to receive text messages from your customers, for instance to subscribe or unsubscribe for a certain campaign. The customer can send a message to our mobile number and keyword which triggers a campaign in Deployteq. Contact your accountmanager for the possibilities.
