With Mobile Messages in Deployteq you now have the option to use an extra channel to send the right message, perfectly timed. This way you can target on the behaviour and preferences of your customer as well as their location. Send them a message when they’re in the vicinity of your shop or at the airport. This way your message is always up-to-date and personal, so you really connect with your customer. In addition, thanks to an interactive feedback loop you gather all relevant behavioural customer data in one single overview.

Please note:

The installation in Deployteq gives an integration id and an api key for authentication. This needs to be configured in the mobile app for each brand.
