Welcome back!
What's new in this week's release
For portals where the Deployteq CDP app is installed, a new menu item called Websites has been added under the Content menu. In release 3.12.20, we already introduced the new Website section under Permissions, where portal administrators can define create, view, edit, and delete permissions for this functionality per role. In the new Websites menu, you can create website personalizations. These are small, targeted changes to a website that are shown only to specific visitors. Instead of everyone seeing the same content, the website adapts based on who the visitor is or how they interact with the site, using CDP data. Examples include:
- Showing a welcome message to returning visitors
- Displaying a special offer to newsletter subscribers
- Highlighting different content for different user types
The goal is to make the website feel more relevant and helpful for each individual visitor. Want to dive deeper? Read all about it in the manual, which also includes a practical use case example.
- This functionality is only available when the Deployteq CDP is enabled and the corresponding app is installed. Curious how you can unlock the ROI hiding in your data with the Deployteq CDP? Talk to your Account Manager or get in touch with us!
