Welcome back!
What's new in this week's release
In the new design, a visual representation of the clicks in an email is once again available under Reports on the Visual Clicks tab. Click on the email image to view the visual clicks in a pop-up. Thank you to everyone who provided feedback on this in the Let's Talk forum in the Deployteq Community or via a different route!
In the spotlight
A good contact flow is essential for maintaining active and engaged email recipients. Our colleagues from Campaign Services have developed the 'Heartbeat' strategy specifically for this purpose. Here are some key points about the importance of a good contact flow:
Active Addresses: Regular contact with your recipients helps keep your addresses active. This leads to higher engagement and reduces the risk of bounces.
Improved Deliverability: By maintaining a consistent contact flow, you improve the deliverability of your emails. Email providers monitor your sending behavior and the engagement of your recipients.
Increasing Engagement: A well-thought-out strategy like the 'Heartbeat Strategy' ensures that your recipients regularly receive valuable content, helping to maintain their interest and engagement.
Risk of Inactive Addresses: Failing to communicate regularly can lead to a higher chance of unsubscribes and inactive addresses, which can harm your marketing efforts and email deliverability.
For more information about the Heartbeat Strategy, you can contact your account manager or send an email to project-inbox@deployteq.com
